Three quiet steps

Read the drawing, align what should change, and leave a list you can keep. The method is the same for a home or a workplace.

The method

Three quiet steps.

No demolition unless the plan truly asks for it.

  1. 01

    Read

We study the drawing, the light, and how your day actually moves through the rooms.

  2. 02

    Align

Directions, doors, and remedies are set in an order you can live with.

  3. 03

    Settle

You leave with a marked plan and a short list. The home does the rest.

Questions

How is a consult structured?

It follows three steps. First the drawing and the day you live. Then the directions and remedies, in an order you can keep. Last, a marked plan and a short list.

What do I leave with?

You leave with a marked plan and a short list of placements and facings. The list is meant to be used as it is. It is not a schedule of building work unless the plan asks for that.

Do you visit the property or work from drawings?

The consult starts from a drawing and photographs. A visit is only needed when the drawing cannot show the light or the door. Most readings are done on the plan you send.
